*In-Office & Telehealth Visits*
Whitney is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pinellas County, Florida. Before becoming a therapist, she spent nearly a decade working as a victim advocate with survivors of domestic violence, an experience that continues to shape her therapeutic approach. She works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and concerns related to self-esteem and identity. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity and respect for each client's unique experience. She believes healing begins when difficult experiences are met with understanding rather than judgment. She strives to create a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to slow down and explore who they are, the experiences that have shaped them, and the ways they have learned to navigate the world. Her goal is to help clients deepen self-understanding, reconnect with their strengths, build effective coping skills, and move toward meaningful change with greater self-compassion, confidence, and resilience. She is also a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Clinical Social Worker Interns in the state of Florida.
