Diane specializes in supporting and empowering women of all ages and stages life transitions, self-esteem and codependency support, executive and medical professional consulting, and management of chronic health issues. Diane attended Case Western Reserve Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, one of the top 9 schools as rated by US News and World Report. She has spoken extensively in the media and professionally. Diane utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for short term solutions.

Kathleen Nicastro



Kathleen is a registered clinical social work intern who received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Syracuse University in 1990. Kathleen is a compassionate, caring individual specializing in working with adolescents, victims of domestic violence, and children involved in highly conflictual /parental alienation divorce cases. She has been in practice since 2011. Kathleen utilizes a trauma informed cognitive behavioral approach in helping others in the healing process and enjoys working with people.

Hello! My name is Jessica and I am a registered clinical social work intern, and received my Masters Degree in Social Work in 2019 from the University of South Florida. 

I use multiple approaches to counseling, including cognitive behavioral and solution focused approaches to help my clients realize their inner strengths, coping skills, and gain new insights about themselves to help them grow and heal mentally and emotionally. 

 I work with a wide range of populations including adults of all life stages, adolescents, and families. I specialize in those struggling with major life adjustments, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, or those looking to generally maintain their overall mental health and well-being. 

I am here to meet you where you are at in your mental health journey, with empathy and without judgment. I look forwarding to working together. 




Nadja is a licensed clinical social worker with over 8 years of experience in case management, support counseling/therapy, and social work with diverse populations. She works with individuals (children, youth, and adults), couples, and families/groups in the community, office, hospital, and school settings and focuses on her clients’ needs as well as strengths. Nadja is certified in Hypnosis Accelerated Processing Interventions, and completed trainings in Adoption Competency, and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. As a kind-hearted, approachable, compassionate, and empathetic clinician, Nadja empowers her clients and assists them on their journey of finding individualized solutions and ultimately improving their overall quality of life. Nadja is fluent in German.

Anne Marie Harty



Barry University Alumni, with a Master’s degree in Social Work and over 18 years of experience in Managed Care, Behavioral Health Modification, and Renal Care.

Eric is an experienced therapist with 12 years of experience and helps men, adolescent boys/children, families and women. For adult males: improving relationship communication, healing and increasing trust after an affair, addressing addictions, depression/anxiety, work and financial stressors, self-esteem improvement, fatherhood, increasing energy levels. For adolescents and boys: improving relationships at home, increasing self-esteem, and tools for anger management. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati. His down to earth, straight forward approach makes it easy for men and boys to talk with him to find solutions in their lives. Eric is an expert in ADHD/Autism Spectrum, and sensory kids and parents. Eric does cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) to reduce anxiety and depression in men, women, adolescent boys and children. Eric is also a Career Consultant and offers Career Exploration and Vocational Guidance.

Dr. Halina



Dr. H, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist who received a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, and has worked extensively in private practice, with individuals, families, and groups, as well as in public health. She is also a specialist in senior counseling for women, couples work and children's therapy. Her approach is short-term, result- oriented therapy to achieve continuous improvement. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy and positive psychology to address among others such areas as: behavior modification, health related issues, pain management, anxiety about medical and dental procedures. weight control, stress management, anxiety, depression, building resilience, adjusting to change, successful life transitions, aging, interpersonal communication, relationships, performance anxiety. She has lectured, and written articles, and taught courses to professional and support groups. In addition she specializes in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and is fluent in English and French.
