I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10yrs in serving a broad population.  My path to social work began in public education as a teacher, where I discovered the connection between mental health and student success. After earning my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Florida State University, I gained extensive experience working with diverse populations, including veterans, individuals in inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient settings, family and child therapy, community social work, and school-based services. My professional focus centers on strengthening human connections by addressing client needs such as the relationship with yourself, marriage and parent-child relationships, maternal and postpartum care, end of life care and grief, forming bonds, navigating break-ups of any kind, and managing financial challenges. I take a client-centered, warm, and solution-oriented approach, using evidence-based strategies to support growth and healing. I am equipped to address individual mental health concerns like depression, anxiety, and answer any questions you may have. Sessions are offered from the comfort of your home via online video, or in the office.

When I’m not in the office, I can be found trying a new recipe, listening to 80’s and 90’s music, or out in my garden. I also enjoy spending time with my husband and children at the park, working on puzzles, and watching Marvel movies.
